Prosecution of political rioting as Terrorism

The January 6 2020 riots and deadly attack on the Capitol inspired by Donald Trump by a mob of his supporters constituted a violent attack by the supporters not only on the American democracy, but represented an act of terrorism against the federal legislators and the police guarding the Capitol grounds, the Capitol building and the American legislature. Such acts must be treated as terrorism and their suppression by all necessary force, including deadly, must be authorized by federal law. Dr. Roginsky will submit a bill to Congress for legislation authorizing and mandating the use of deadly force against violent rioters, attempting to overthrow government (federal and state) by force.
