Time to Clean SCOTUS

In Federalist 78, Alexander Hamilton, the most quoted by SCOTUS Framer, argued that good judicial behavior, which warrants life tenure for the justices of the Supreme Court includes, among other things total independence of the justices from the legislative and executive branches of government, stating that the justices must be loyal to the Constitution and preservation of individual rights of Americans above all.

Trump’s Corrupt Court Packing

President Donald Trump filled the Supreme Court seat formerly occupied by saintly Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg with a political prostitute, Amy Coney Barrett, whose loyalty to her despicable benefactor dwarfs in her any sense of judicial decency and constitutional duty. The same or worse describes Trump’s other two nominees to the Court, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

President did not do much favor to the institution of justice in America, when he nominated wholly unscrupulous egotistical rascal Samuel Alito and just as unscrupulous, although less obnoxious faux conservative John Roberts. GW father’s nominee to the court Clarence Thomas, an archetype Uncle Tom could never hide from plain sight his corrupt, traitorous soul.

Citizens United: A Breach of Public Trust

The abhorrent, twisted opinion written by Samuel Alito for the dirty quintet Alito-Roberts-Scalia-Thomas in Citizens United v. FEC, which granted personhood to corporations and First Amendment protection to their money for bribing our government constituted an awful breach of public trust on the part of each of the (in)justices, a prima facie example of bad judicial behavior in the Hamiltonian interpretation, therefore a cause for impeaching and removing the corrupt five jurors.

Trump v. US: Granting Impunity to Tyranny

A more pernicious to the institution of constitutional democracy in the United States and every American ruling came from the current evil sextet on the Supreme Court—Roberts, Alito, Barrett, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Thomas—in the Trump v. US case, a ruling that awarded treasonous seditious Donald Trump absolute immunity for any act he would commit—no matter how criminal and vile—as president of the United States. This grant of impunity is one of the main reasons the president today makes complete mockery of the Constitution and basic rights of the American people. Indeed, impunity is a license to rob and kill.

Congressional Authority to Act

There is nothing in the Constitution and the Framers’ writings that would preclude Congress from impeaching and removing the entire gang of six in one fell swoop, rather than one at a time, just as there is nothing that can mitigate the congressional authority to impeach and remove both the president and vice president at the same time for their concerted acts of treason and other high crimes and misdemeanors.
